As a small business owner in Canada, I would recommend that if you order any wigs from our website, you select the shipping option with tracking ID so that you can track your package once it is shipped out, especially if you are ordering from outside Canada, because any item shipped out without tracking ID is tagged as abandoned once your package is attempted to be delivered but cannot reach you. As a result, we will not be responsible for refunding or replacing any item that does not have a tracking ID. Additionally, it takes longer than expected before it is cleared at customs, so it is recommended that you choose a shipping option that includes a tracking ID so you can track exactly where your package is at any point.
